Aromatic XIII Bitters

Our Aromatic XIII Bitters have a fruity herby, sweet juiciness of ripe red cherries with a distinct liquorice root and spearmint. You also experience hints of warm Christmas spices and anise in the background. Made from a blend of various herbs and spices extracts, it has a dark cherry colour and distinct fruity-spicy aroma. As an aromatic bitter, the base bitter flavour is from gentian root extract. Pairs well for Sazerac, Cognac or Rye-based cocktail drinks in particular. Tasting Notes: Cherry with hints of liquorice, Mint - Anise - Clove – Gentian – Cinnamon – Vegetal.
