Chocolate Fudge Cake

Our Chocolate Fudge Cake is a feast for the eye. It is made of three layers of rich, moist chocolate sponge- each layer is separated with a deep layer of chocolate ganache. The whole cake then being covered in a glaze of dark chocolate ganache.
