Directions for Use: Step 1 -Measure BLUE BIRD custard powder (20 gms for custard sauce, 30 gms for fruit salad, 40 gms for pudding) into a bowl. Add ¼ to ½ cup of milk to make a smooth paste. Step 2 - Boil 500 ml of milk with 50 gms of sugar stirring it properly. Then, remove it from the heat. Step 3 - Add the paste and cook again for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning. Moulded Pudding – After removing the mixture from the heat, add one teaspoon of butter. Finally, pour it into a wetted mould and leave to set. Fruit salad – At the final cooking stage, add cream or malai for the best results.
