Jasmine Green Tea

An anytime brew, though ideal for a warmer day. This is a homage to the Ming dynasty and their infatuation with anything floral which adorned everything from their porcelain to their brews. When brewed right, you get a pale golden yellow infusion with an intense, intoxicating perfume and a grassy green tea finish. This one is versatile and we recommend using it for tea-infused desserts, such as sorbets or parfaits.
