Kuruva Rice

Kuruva rice is largely cultivated in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and parts of Telangana. It has high carbohydrate, which provides ample energy. It also helps in relieving digestive disorders such as diarrhoea, colitis and dysentery. White rice is also low in fibre and thus is easily digested by our system.
