Spichi Manchurian Paste is a spicy aromatic paste concentrate made with dry red chillies, garlic, onion soya sauce, spices and other ingredients. 100g of Paste can make 400ml of sauce or gravy. It has a shelf life of 12 months and needs only to be stored in ambient temperature. It is synonymous with Indian Chinese cooking and used to make a variety of flavoursome dishes.
