Organic Rice/Akki - Broken

Broken rice is a grade of rice consisting of grains broken in the milling process. On milling Oryza sativa, usually known as paddy rice or Asian rice, produces around 50% brown rice then approximately 20% husk, 16% broken rice, 14% meal and bran.
