San Remo Zita Penne With Olive Garlic Sauce You Need: 500g San Remo Zita Penne, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 20 pitted black olives, pitted, 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 400g canned tomatoes, pureed, 1 tablespoon dried basil, Salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place oil, olives, capers and garlic in a bowl, cover and marinate for 30 minutes. When ready, drain oil mixture into a frypan (reserving the olives and capers) and heat.
