Casanova Chorizo is a smoky flavoured rich red colour sausage from Pimentos. It is smoked Spanish paprika, usually very spicy. Chorizo is softer to touch, when cooked it releases a delicious spicy red oil. Recipes using chorizo do not call for additional oil to be added. Chorizo sausage is widely used in Spanish and Mexican cooking. Mexican chorizo is made with fresh pork while Spanish chorizo uses smoked pork. Manufactured at Spain.
